Ms. Winterbotham received her Bachelors of Arts from Arizona State University in Intercultural Communication with a minor in Business, and her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she received special honors for her pro bono work. While attending law school, she received a prestigious summer clerkship with ConocoPhillips, one of the nation's 10 largest international corporations, where she had the opportunity to assist in issues surrounding the merger of a corporation purchased for $6.3 billion. Then, while finishing her law degree, she worked full time as a law clerk for an established law firm in downtown San Diego on a team representing clients nation wide.
Ms. Winterbotham is licensed to practice law in the state of California, United States District Court, Central District of California, United States District Court, Southern District of California. She is licensed to represent clients in both federal and state courts. Ms. Winterbotham is a member of the California Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association (Trusts and Estate Section and Family Law Section), and Phi Alpha Delta.
Ms. Winterbotham was raised in Orange County where she currently resides with her family.
