Ms. Winterbotham has experience in representing clients who live locally and out of state in their legal matters within the California Courts.  Before devoting her practice exclusively to Family Law, Probate, and Estate Planning, Ms. Winterbotham practiced real property and business law representing clients in complex property disputes and multi-million dollar transactions.  This experience greatly benefits her clients when property and business assets are evaluated and distributed.  

Assisting individuals with making educated choices regarding their family is Bree Celeste Winterbotham's goal.  She strives to provide solutions that are tailored to each client’s specific situation.  She welcomes questions from her clients and enjoys making the complicated legal process more understandable for them.

Ms. Winterbotham is particularly interested in the needs of the smallest members of a family, the children.  Her goal is to work with her clients to find the best future for themselves and their children.  Coming to a decision upon custodial time and who would care for your children upon your passing are very emotionally charged topics that Ms. Winterbotham will provide competent legal counsel. 

Ms. Winterbotham received her Bachelors of Arts from Arizona State University in Intercultural Communication with a minor in Business, and her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she received special honors for her pro bono work.  While attending law school, she received a prestigious summer clerkship with ConocoPhillips, one of the nation's 10 largest international corporations, where she had the opportunity to assist in issues surrounding the merger of a corporation purchased for $6.3 billion.  Then, while finishing her law degree, she worked full time as a law clerk for an established law firm in downtown San Diego on a team representing clients nation wide.

Ms. Winterbotham is licensed to practice law in the state of California and in the United States District Court, Southern District of California.  She is licensed to represent clients in both federal and state courts.  Ms. Winterbotham is a member of the California Bar Association (Trusts and Estate Section and Family Law Section), Orange County Bar Association (Trusts and Estate Section and Family Law Section), and Phi Alpha Delta.

Ms. Winterbotham was raised in Orange County where she currently resides with her family.
